-Each facial credit expires (60 days) after the membership fee has been charged. When utilizing the rollover credit, Facial Suite permits the use of one rollover credit per month.

-Facial Suite continues to adhere to our Appointment Cancellation Policy and kindly ask that you provide us with a 24 hr cancellation notice, or the appointment will be considered a used facial credit. By adhering to our cancellation policy, any appointment properly cancelled can be rescheduled.

-Memberships, perks, benefits and Add-On services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

This is a 6-month contract and there is a $100 early cancellation fee. Credits are 

non-transferable. Credits roll over once.⁣ Your card will be charged every first of the month.
